You’d probably resolutely say: “I would NEVER by mistake, in the middle of the night, almost hand a poo to my son instead of a dummy!” I was also once that person but now I learned never to say never.
(In the dark, I didn’t see that Benny’s hard poo rolled out of the nappy I just took off. He wanted his dummy and I saw something on the floor which I thought was his dummy. It wasn’t. Let’s never talk about the fact that I held a poo in my hand for a brief millisecond too long.)
