I could post this photo and write “Saturday grocery shopping” with a smiley face or I could post it and write truthfully “Twenty minutes after this photo was taken, everyone was staring at an insane Eastern European woman who did NOT keep her shit together but was instead screaming at her wild child who was rolling on the floor of the supermarket, crying hysterically about a stupid plastic toy she wanted”.
That would be a more accurate description. I’ll leave it at “Benny was very well behaved at the supermarket today, Molly and mama weren’t”. It’s shorter and closer to the truth I want to remember.
