I still have 6kg to lose to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight so I decided to give intermittent fasting a try. The 16:8 version sounded best to me.
This meant I last ate at 22:30 last night and I wasn’t allowed to eat for eight full hours, until 6:30 am. The first day was difficult, but I made it. I’m having two breakfasts today to celebrate the successful start of a diet!
